On Sunday, September 5th, the Plymouth Aero Club will host an Air Fair including fly bys, helicopter rides, plane rides, kids activities and more, at the Plymouth Municipal Airport (rain date 9/6) from 10 to 4. Free admission, although a $5 parking donation is requested. All proceeds benefit aviation scholarships and local charities. Call Jeannie Phillips at the airport (508-746-2020).
An Employment Law Update WORKSHOP will be held at the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce (134 Court Street) on september 8th from 7:30 to 8:45 a.m. Michael Foley (of Foley & Foley, PC) will present this interactive session. Visit Chrissy's Charity Unique Hand-Made Jewelry Sale on Friday September 10th at St. Mary's Parish Center (327 Court Street in Plymouth) from 4 to 8 p.m. All proceeds benefit food pantries, hot meals for those in need, family emergencies, etc.

This program provides parents witih the vital tools recommended by the FBI and The Department of Justice. You will receive a FREE fingerprint profile, digital photograph, child safety journal and home DNA identification kit.
The Rehabilitation Hospital of the Cape and Islands invites you to participate in its Walk, Wheel and Run on Saturday, September 11th at the Cape Cod Canal in Sandwich. The 3-mile course is appropriate for all ages and abilities, including those in wheelchairs. The walk starts at 9:30 with registration at 8:30. A celebration BBQ will be held afterwards.

The Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk is Sunday, September 12th, beginning and ending at Plimoth Plantation. Registration begins at 8:30 with the walk commencing at 10. Lace up your sneakers and join nearly 8,000 people on September 12th for the Boston Marathon Jimmy Fund Walk. Walkers can choose from 4 routes ranging from the historic Boston Marathon 26.2 mile course to the 3-mile patient-family route starting at Dana Farber. Call 866-JF 1 WALK.

The Village Garden Club of Dennis will host Cape Cod September -- a Standard Flower Show -- at the Cape Cod Museum of Art September 15 & 16. The show, open noon to 5 on the 15th and 10 to 8 on the 16th, is free with paid museum admission.
The Plymouth Guild is calling for submissions of art and fine crafts for its 43rd Annual Juried Art Show in its North Street galleries from September 24-October 17. Chelmsford area residents of all ages will unite to raise awareness and vital research funding for lung cancer at the first annual Free to Breathe 5K run/walk on September 26th at Chelmsford High School. All proceeds support the National Lung Cancer Partnerhship's research, education and awareness programs.
