Something special about the Holiday season is the annual holiday markets showcasing local artisans and allowing patrons to find unique gifts for their friends and loved ones.
It seems like more and more of these markets are popping up every year, so if you’re looking for some of them, we’ve made a list of the upcoming events for you! If we find more, we will update this list!
The Holiday Market at Snowport
From November 10th – December 31st, head to the Seaport to shop over 120 artisans, a tree market, try different foods, check out a cocktail bar, and take photos with the festive decor at the Holiday Market at Snowport. Don’t miss out on what is arguably Boston’s largest holiday market, open for the entire Holiday season.
Harvard Square Holiday Fair
This season, you find an ongoing holiday fair in Harvard Square! It will be open from December 15th-17th and December 21st-23rd. You can find more info here!
23rd Annual New England Holiday Craft Spectacular
On Saturday, December 2nd and Sunday, December 3rd, check out the 23rd Annual New England Holiday Craft Spectacular at Starland Sportsplex. There will be well over one hundred artisans and crafters there selling everything from candles to stained class to skin care products to ornaments and everything in between. There will also be food sampling!
Wonderland Holiday Market
On Saturday, December 2nd, Springhill Suites in Revere will be home to the Second Annual Wonderland Holiday Market. You’ll have the chance to shop, get in the community and festive spirit, and shop local! There will be 30+ local women owned-businesses in attendance, you can participate in affordable professional Christmas photoshoots, enjoy hot cocoa from the free hot cocoa station, try complimentary eggnog, and meet Santa!
2nd Annual Holiday Market
On December 2nd and 3rd, head to Providence for the 2nd annual holiday market featuring holiday decor and gift items made my over 90 artists and craftsmen.
Christmas by the Sea
Check out Christmas by the Sea in Newport, RI to shop products from handcrafters and artisans on Saturday December 2nd from 11am–3pm.
Plymouth Holiday Market
On Saturday, December 4th, check out the Plymouth Holiday Market at Plymouth Memorial Hall. There will be 95 hand-picked local artisans in attendance selling home goods, specialty foods and desserts, antiques, stationary, and much more.
Pro.Found Holiday Market at Patriot Place
From November 17th – November 19th, pro.found vintage market will be at Patriot Place for their third annual holiday market. The focus of this particular market is on local handmade artisans in addition to some vintage goods.
Rhode Island Christmas Festival
On Saturday, November 18th and Sunday, November 19th, check out the Rhode Island Christmas Festival in West Warwick. You’ll be able to meet with over one hundred crafters, artisans, authors, artists, and small businesses. There will also be food trucks, ice cream, and various other treats! On Sunday, Santa will make an appearance.
Hingham Holiday Fair
On Saturday, November 18th, Hingham High School will be hosting the Hingham Holiday Fair. There will be over 90 artisans and home-based business owners plus gifts from local shops and Hingham High School memorabilia.
Natick Holiday Craft Fair
On Saturday, November 18th, check out the Natick Sons & Daughters of Italy Annual Holiday Craft Fair. You’ll be able to shop homemade crafts, a bake sale, enter raffles, and try various foods.
Dickens Festival Holiday Craft Fair
On Saturday, November 18th, the All Souls Church in Braintree will be transformed into a festive Victorian marketplace for the Dickens Festival Holiday Craft Fair. The event has free admission, free visits with Santa, you meet with individuals costumed as Dickens characters, enjoy Christmas carols, a bake sale, raffles, and 27 crafters/artisans.
Holiday Harvest Market
The Medford City Council Chambers will be hosting an indoor Holiday Harvest Market on Sunday, November 19th where you’ll be able to shop for gifts, find food for your holiday meals, and enjoy music by local musicians.
