Get in the Olympics spirit this weekend by watching the new Simone Biles series on Netflix called Simone Biles Rising!
The Netflix description is as follows: Follow gymnast Simone Biles as she balances her personal life, mental health journey and training ahead of a highly anticipated return to the Olympics.
There are currently two episodes on Netflix with more to come in the fall! This should be a fun watch before the Paris Olympics which start ONE WEEK FROM TODAY! One of this year’s most highly anticipated movies hits theaters today! Whether you were a fan of the original movie or not, I’m sure you’ve seen all the press surrounding the new Twisters film starring Glen Powell and Daisy Edgar Jones!
Twisters is a “stand-alone sequel” to the 1996 movie Twister, meaning that the film takes place in the same universe as the original, but you do not need to see that movie to understand or enjoy this new one.
Glen Powell has been doing interview after interview for this movie and I LOVED something I saw him say this week. Powell shared that his parents have made cameos in all of his movies, including Twisters. Check out the photo below from the movie. His parents are sitting behind he and Daisy in the shot.

Adele on the other hand announced this week that she doesn’t plan to make new music anytime soon. She’s recently finished up a series of live shows and she’s looking to take a break from music for right now, giving herself time to focus on some other creative things.

News finally dropped that Euphoria will finally start filming its third season in January with all of the main cast returning!
The Duffer Brothers – the masterminds behind Stranger Things – have something new cooking at Netflix. They have a new show in the works called Something Very Bad is Going to Happen and you can read more about that show here.
