As fans of 80s music, I think it’s probably safe to assume you’re also fans of 80s films. If so, you’ll be excited to hear this news: Rob Lowe is headed to Netflix with a new series called Unstable.
The sitcom was co-created by Lowe and his son John Owen, and both star in the show as a father/son duo. In the series, Owen’s character is trying to help his dad as he recovers from grief and tries to save the family business.
The series dropped yesterday on Netflix and there are eight episodes waiting for you to binge.

Wes Anderson also has a new film coming. If you don’t know Wes Anderson, he’s a fantastic filmmaker known for films like The Grand Budapest Hotel and Fantastic Mr. Fox and also for the striking use of colors in his films.
This new one is called Asteroid City and centers around a Junior Stargazer Convention in 1955. The cast is full of familiar names like Scarlett Johansson, Tom Hanks, Bryan Cranston, Steve Carell, Matt Dillon, Maya Hawk, and many more.
The film is premiering at the Cannes Film Festival in May and has a theatrical release date set for June. Check out the trailer below and look at the color palette!
