It’s been a crazy busy week and this weekend is only going to get busier!
Starting off, it was confirmed this week that Reba McEntire will be joining The Voice next season. They are switching up the judges quite a bit next season, here’s who you’ll see on the panel: John Legend, Gwen Stefani, Niall Horan, and Reba McEntire.
Next up, Katie Holmes spoke out this week about a potential Dawson’s Creek reunion. This has been a hot topic for years now with fans speaking out with desires for a reboot or reunion for the WB series that ran from 1998 – 2003, but from what I’ve seen, the cast have been a little bit tight-lipped on whether they would like to see this or not.
Holmes said this week that it’s been discussed amongst the cast, but she expressed her worry that bringing back the series in today’s world could ‘tarnish’ the beauty of what Dawson’s Creek has been and what it’s become.
As an unexplainably big fan of this show, I don’t actually think I would want to see a reboot. Dawson’s Creek is such a special series and hangs on so tightly to what the WB drama series used to be and it’s something we don’t really see anymore, and personally, I agree with Katie in that we could potentially ruin what’s so special about the original series if we decide to bring it back.

In the meantime, Holmes has been working on directing and here’s what she’s been up to!
