This weekend, Club Passim is hosting the 12th annual Down Home Up Here Fest! It is a bluegrass and old time festival, and while it doesn’t adhere to strict traditional styles, you’ll be able to experience the most exciting bluegrass in the area. If you’re a fan of the fiddle, banjo, mando, and dobro, this is the place for you!
Throughout the days on Saturday and Sunday, you’ll be able to enjoy several hours of music and you’ll also have the opportunity to attend afternoon workshops in the School of Music. If you purchase a day pass, you’ll have entry to the club for the duration of the day, and workshops require an additional registration.
On Sunday, they’re also hosting a live music brunch followed by open jams. On Monday, the club is bringing back a community favorite – jams!
